Thank you for your booking! Are you arriving by plane? Send me your flight number and arrival time, and I'll book a private driver for you. The driver tracks your flight, waits if it's late, meets you at arrivals with your name on a sign and brings you to the door. You pay the driver directly, in cash or by card.

Vă mulțumesc pentru rezervare! Veniți cu avionul? Trimiteți-mi numărul zborului și ora sosirii, iar eu vă rezerv un șofer privat. Șoferul urmărește zborul, așteaptă dacă avionul întârzie, vă întâmpină în sala de sosiri cu numele pe o tăbliță și vă aduce până la ușă. Plătiți direct șoferului, cash sau card.

Questions owners ask

What if the driver is late or doesn’t show up?

We track the flight and leave for the airport early. A second car is on standby. You get a message at every step, and you can call me any time on +373 68 200 722.

How and when do I get paid? How do I know a ride happened?

We message you after every ride and send the list of rides with each payment. We pay weekly for the first 2 months, then monthly, by MIA transfer or cash.

My guests can take Bolt for less. Why would they pay more?

Some will take Bolt, and that’s fine. The transfer is for guests who land at night, have big luggage or children, or don’t want to haggle in a new country. You just give them the option.

How much work is it for me?

One message per booking. Or your guest messages us directly with your address, and the €10 is still yours.

Is this OK with Airbnb and Booking?

The stay is booked and paid on the platform as usual. The guest pays the driver directly for the ride, and our messages have no links and no prepayment requests.

Will you offer my guests other places to stay?

Never. We don’t rent out apartments, and we only contact your guest about the ride.

How does the guest pay?

Straight to the driver at the end of the ride, cash or card, in euros or lei. Nobody asks for money in advance.

Do you go to the suburbs? At night? With groups or children?

Yes: all of Chișinău and the suburbs, 24/7. The child seat is free on request. For large groups we send a second car.

Which languages do you speak?

Romanian, Russian and English. Before arrival we send your guest the driver’s name, the car and the plate number on WhatsApp.

What if the guest cancels or the flight is cancelled?

Cancelling is free up to 12 hours before the ride. Flight delays and cancellations never cost anything.
